We serve the accounting needs of many industries

We can review your operations and make sure you’re making the most of the deductions available to you and that you’re keeping track of everything you need to keep track of. Whether you’re a sole proprietor or a corporation, we can provide you with advice to help you make the most of your business.

We have many clients who are lawyers, doctors, dentists, veterinarians and the like. The landscape has changed considerably for professionals over the last decade and Professional Corporations are now allowed by most professional associations. We can help you decide which structure is best for you, and see you through the implementation of a new structure if you should decide to go that way.

We have years of experience auditing and preparing financial statements for charities and not-for-profits. The accounting rules for NFP’s are different than the rules that for profit businesses follow, they are complex and in some cases difficult to implement. We can help you understand how to prepare your information, assist you in dealing with various Ministry requirements, and answer questions from your board and your members. Christine serves as Treasurer on various not-for-profit boards.

Whether you just need your financial statements and tax filings prepared, or assistance with your Scientific Research and Experimental Development claim, or help designing your inventory control system, we can provide the resources and expertise you need.

If you need tax filings done, rebate calculations, or assistance provided to your lawyer with contracts and sales agreements, we can look after the details for you.  We work with many of the homebuilders in Orangeville and the surrounding area, and have an in depth knowledge of the industry.

The administrative responsibilities and reporting requirements of operating a small business can be overwhelming. We can be of assistance by taking care of some of these functions for you, or helping you set up systems that make your processes more automatic and less onerous.

We have the unique benefit of understanding your business from every angle. Christine has been riding her whole life, she spent a decade as a working student with an Olympic team member, and now she shows her amateur jumper on the Ontario circuit. Having worked inside a barn, experienced life as a customer, and advised many horse professionals across all disciplines leaves Christine with the ability to understand your business completely and help you through the unique challenges you face. Christine currently serves as the Treasurer for the Ontario Hunter Jumper Association.

We have assisted many farmers with preparing financial statements and applying accounting rules specific to agriculture.  Some of our staff come from farming families, and they are familiar with the unique challenges that come with this type of business.
